Biography

Judit is heading the Employment Practice at LegalAgain. She has particular interest in strategic HR issues, she is dealing with collective bargaining agreements, workers’ councils and trade unions. Judit is involved in defining internal policies and social plans, implementing redundancy plans and transfer of “employing establishments” (ARD). Judit has a substantive experience in representation in all phases of employment-related litigations and advising on restructuring plans and compliance programs. She used to manage numerous HR and employment compliance audits.

Prior to joining LegalAgain Judit use to be a local partner at Gide Loyrette Nouel (Budapest Office), a leading independent international Paris-based law firm, where she has set-up a stand-alone employment team. Under Judit’s leadership the employment team has achieved an excellent ranking from independent market research bodies.

Judit has been invited to contribute an exclusive Hungarian chapter of The Employment Law Review 2010. The Employment Law Review was published by Law Business Research (publishers of Global Competition Review, Global Arbitration Review, Getting The Deal Through, Latin Lawyer, and Who's Who Legal), in association with international law firm Paul Hastings Janofsky & Walker LLP, as a first edition of the annual hardback book.

Judit has a doctor degree in law from the Law School of Eötvös Lóránd University (Budapest). She is a member of the Budapest Bar Association. Judit speaks German, English and Hungarian.

In her free-time Judit likes to read contemporary literature, do jogging and she is a true fan of Pilates.
